Graceland University is seeking applicants for an Athletic Director. This will be a full-time, 12 month position reporting to the Vice President for Enrollment Management. This person will be expected to collaborate with enrollment management to improve recruiting and retention of student athletes. Graceland is looking for someone with a strong commitment to the academic mission of the institution, a strong background in fiscal management, strong leadership skills, and evidence of previous successful fundraising, recruiting, and retaining student athletes. Graceland is a NAIA school in the Heart of America Athletic Conference.
