The Director of Operations will oversee the daily operation of the football program, as directed by the Head Football Coach. This position will coordinate all aspects of Team Travel; make all arrangements on-campus for Pre-Season camp, serve as liaison to the Academic Coordinator and Director of Compliance, work directly with the Head Football Coach in planning, developing and implementing a budget for the intercollegiate football program. This position will report directly to the Head Football Coach and oversee the daily operation of the football office which would include student workers and the football secretary. This position has many other related duties and is in Bowling Green Ohio.

Minimum qualifications: Bachelor's Degree required. 6-12 months required college athletic experience to include; coaching/recruiting, operations, marketing, planning, contracting, or related involvement; preferred coaching/playing in Division 1 Football.
