Executive, Executive - Associate Athletics Director

The Senior Associate Director of Athletic for Development is a member of the Director of Athletics’ Senior Management staff and will have administrative oversight of select sport programs, administrative units and external relations of the athletic department. The Senior Associate Director of Athletic specifically administers all aspects of Athletic Development, including Major Gifts, Endowments; Bobcat Club Annual Scholarship Fund; Sport Specific Funds, M Club, Special Events, development staff, and possible sport supervision.
•Administrative duties including management of the athletic department external relations, a member of the athletic department senior staff, sport supervision, contract negotiations and management, campus, conference, and national committee representation. •Supervision of athletic development budget, staff, select coaches and sport programs, and fundraising volunteers. •Serve as the liaison to the Montana State University Alumni Foundation to include major gifts, endowments, estate and planned giving opportunities, reporting, and all policies and procedures relating to donations. •Director of all major gifts solicitations, including directing all capital campaigns. •Management of the Bobcat Club Annual Scholarship Fund, including the annual giving campaign, per seat contributions, and M Club. •Management of all sport specific giving including clubs and excellence funds and the relationships with their leadership. •Oversee all special events including donor recognitions, fundraising events, reunions, and game day hospitality. •Oversee all aspects of premium seating including football sky suites, cabanas, club seats/level. •Other duties as assigned by the Director of Athletics.
Demonstrated experience in collegiate or non-profit fundraising and donor relations/cultivation, specifically athletics, as measured by significant increases in numbers of donors, as well as major and planned gifts.
